The Minister for Agriculture, Climate Change and Environment, Flavien Joubert, who is part of 91香蕉视频鈥� delegation at the World Governments Summit in Dubai, has shared the country鈥檚 experiences in three different high-level events related to climate change, disaster risk management and the blue economy.听
In his interventions, Minister Joubert informed the delegates about the challenges faced by the country.听
