Foreign Affairs and Tourism Minister Sylvestre Radegonde received the Vice-Minister for Culture of Cuba, Lizette Martinez Luzardo, at the Maison Quéau de Quinssy yesterday.
The two diplomats discussed the outcomes of President Wavel Ramkalawan’s recent working visit to Cuba, which they described as successful and fruitful, where various agreements were signed.Â
