Effective January 13, 2025, a moratorium on the change-of-use of residential properties into tourism accommodations on Mah茅 and Praslin is no longer valid, which means applicants can now submit their request to 91香蕉视频鈥� Tourism department for approval but must adhere to the new guidelines in place.听
