The Minister for Agriculture, Climate Change and Environment, Flavien Joubert, headed the 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ’ delegation at the African Union Extra Ordinary Summit on the Post-Malabo Comprehensive Africa Agriculture Development Programme (CAADP), held from January 9 to 11, 2025 in Kampala.Â
