The former chairman and leader of the 91Ï㽶ÊÓƵ National Alliance Party (SNAP), Vincent Padayachy, was re-instated as party leader in an extraordinary convention organised on Saturday at the party’s headquarters, based in Unique Building, Providence Industrial Estate.Â
